Our minimum of 12 units per design. That minimum applies whether you choose kraft-stamped or full-color flexo printing, and it’s what allows us to keep per-unit pricing low at volume.

No practical maximum. We regularly run orders in the hundreds of thousands of units for stadiums, festival organizers, and multi-location restaurant groups. Larger orders typically unlock better per-unit pricing, so tell us your target volume when you request a quote and we’ll price it accordingly.

Yes. We send a free digital mockup of your exact design within 24 hours of receiving your artwork or request, so you can see color, logo placement, and cup size before any money changes hands. Physical pre-production samples are available on request for large-volume orders.

Yes. Many customers order a mix of classic, large, and mini fry cups, or run different designs for different locations or promotions. Each unique size/design combination is treated as its own line and needs to meet the 12-unit minimum.

No. Once your design is approved and produced, we keep your print-ready files and specs on record. Reorders skip the design and mockup steps entirely and move straight to production, which usually shortens turnaround.

Mockups are free and unlimited. We don’t charge for design revisions, and you only pay once you’ve approved the final proof. There’s no risk in seeing what your cup looks like before you commit to production.

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts) print the cleanest, especially for full-color flexo work. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI or higher) also works for most designs. If you’re not sure what you have, send whatever file exists and our design team will tell you if it’s usable.

Yes. Our in-house design team builds a layout from scratch based on your brand colors, business name, and any reference images you like. This is included at no extra charge as part of the free mockup process.

Yes, we match to Pantone (PMS) codes for full-color flexo printing to keep your branding consistent across cups, packaging, and other printed materials. If you don’t have a PMS code, send a hex code or sample image and we’ll get as close as physically possible on paperboard stock.

Yes. Event dates, QR codes linking to menus or social pages, sponsor logos, and short personalized messages are all common additions. Because minimums apply per unique design, per-name personalization for every individual cup isn’t typically cost-effective at these volumes, but limited variable elements are.

Unlimited, until you’re satisfied. We don’t move to production until you’ve given written approval on the final proof, and revisions during the design stage don’t add to your cost or restart the clock on turnaround.

Standard production is 2 weeks from the moment you approve your final proof. That’s separate from the 24 hour mockup phase, so total time from first contact to shipped order is typically around 2–3 weeks.

In many cases, yes. Rush production is available depending on current shop capacity and the complexity of your print job. Let us know your event date when you request a quote and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it, and what a rush would cost.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Freight is calculated based on order volume and destination and is quoted alongside your unit pricing, so there are no surprise charges after the fact.

Yes. Restaurant groups, franchise operators, and stadium concessionaires frequently split a single print run across several delivery addresses. Let us know your locations and case-count breakdown when you request your quote.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged cups or the discrepancy. We stand behind every order we print — misprints or shipping damage caused on our end are corrected or replaced at no cost to you.

Yes, tracking details are sent as soon as your order ships so you know exactly when to expect delivery for your event or location.

Pricing runs at our 12-unit minimum, depending on cup size, print method (kraft-stamped vs. full-color flexo), and total volume. Larger orders bring the per-unit price down. You’ll get an exact number, not a range, once we quote your specific job.

Cost depends on cup size, ink coverage, number of colors, and quantity, so a flat price would be inaccurate for most orders. We quote every job individually to make sure you’re not overpaying for specs you don’t need.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due on approval of your final proof, before production begins.

Yes. If you have a written quote from another supplier for a comparable spec (same material, print method, and quantity), send it over and we’ll match or beat it. We’d rather earn your order on price and speed than have you settle for a worse deal.

Standard cup colors are Kraft Brown, White, Matte Black, Red, and Yellow, available in kraft-stamped (single-color logo stamp) or full-color flexo printing (unlimited colors, photo-quality graphics). Custom base colors can be discussed for large-volume orders.

Our fry cups are made from grease-resistant kraft paperboard or poly-coated paperboard, engineered specifically to hold hot, oily food without soaking through or losing structural integrity during service.

Yes. All inks and coatings used are food-safe, and both our kraft-stamped and full-color flexo prints are formulated to resist grease bleed-through, so your logo stays sharp and legible for the life of the serving.

No. The printing is fused into the paperboard during production, not applied as a sticker or a topical coating, so it holds up under normal handling, heat, and grease exposure from typical fry service.

Keep cases in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and moisture. Properly stored, printed fry cups hold their color and structural integrity well beyond a typical event or seasonal stocking cycle.
