Return Policy

Because every fry cup we produce is custom-decorated to a design you personally approve, our return policy works differently than it would for a stock, off-the-shelf product. Please read this policy before placing an order so there are no surprises.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged. This applies to every order, regardless of size, because each run is printed or stamped specifically to your approved artwork and cannot be resold or repurposed for another customer.

Why We Require Mockup Approval First

This is exactly why we build a free mockup into every order before anything goes to press. You review the design, request changes, and sign off on a final proof — with unlimited revisions along the way — so that what goes into production is something you have already confirmed you want. Approval is your opportunity to catch any issue with color, layout, sizing, or text before it becomes a finished product.

Our Production Guarantee

We stand behind the accuracy of what we produce. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved — wrong color, incorrect logo placement, print quality issues, or a material defect — we will remake and replace the affected units at no additional cost. This is a production guarantee, not a return or refund: we want the chance to make it right by reprinting to the approved design, rather than issuing money back.

To request a replacement under this guarantee, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the affected units and your order details.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

The production guarantee does not cover orders that match the approved mockup but no longer suit your needs, changes of mind after approval, minor variations inherent to flexo printing or kraft stamping, or damage caused after delivery is confirmed.
